There are different types of eating disorders, with one of the most popular being anorexia. Those who suffer from anorexia usually have an extremely low self-esteem and often also have a tremendous need to control their surroundings and their emotions as well, and anorexia is usually a way to cope with certain emotions such as stress, anxiety, and unhappiness.
